Kuttanad (the rice bowl of Kerala), on an island called Pulincunnoo, in
the backwaters district known as Alleppey. The owners, Mr. Thomas &
Family completed this home by December 18 th 2006. Keeping in mind the
historical architectural elements of Kerala, Maria Heritage Home has
been designed to fuse in facets of all the comforts contemporary living. |

Built in the traditional Keralite model of Nallukettu,
this heritage home also has a Nadumuttam, an open space in the center of
the house, ushering in plenty of air and light. Mr. Cyriac's design
element goes a step further by introducing elements of the yesteryears
via the 18th century stone and rose wood pillars carefully selected and
restored to its former grandeur to adorn the entrances to the heritage
home. |
| The property is located on a two acre area and is
made up of two homes; the first building, the Maria Heritage, is a brand
new dwelling space of 4250 sqf consisting of a total of four bedrooms,
while the second building is a dwelling space that is over 90 years old
and restored to its former glory and is classified as a true Heritage
home consisting of 5 bedrooms with attached open sky bathrooms. |

Three Deluxe type A/C bedrooms and one Executive type A/C bedroom are
available at the Maria Heritage home – Bungalow, all luxuriously yet
elegantly designed and furnished with antiques object d'art which are
over two hundred and fifty years old and sourced from palatial homes.
Open the door to breathtaking views of the Pampa lake in the front and
the vast expanse of forty five acres of paddy field in the back. |

winning archiect, Mr. T.M Cyriac, keeping in mind, the historical

available at the Spa retreat, complete with open sky bathrooms. |

| At Maria Heritage homes, we prepare all of our meals
using fresh organic produce. We are happy to do our best to accommodate
any individual meal preferences for our guests provided it has been
informed to us, at least one to two weeks in advance. |
