Kannur beach house is a total getaway from hustle and buzzle to a clean sandy beach village in Kerala. The beach house is in Thottada, which is about 7 Km from Kannur railway station and bus stand. Once you reach Thottada, head straight to Thottada beach (2Km) where the house is located. The Beach House is set in coconut groves next to a small freshwater lagoon, 2 minutes walk from Thottada beach which you can see from the rooms. The house is a traditional Kerala home and is a century old. The owners live there and are your hosts. You dine with them and they share not only their home but their culture, heritage, and the environment with you. The house is so close to the beach that you can hear the sound of the waves all night long. The beach right near the house (Thottada Beach) is not crowded at all and it is very peaceful. The Beach House also has a small boat that you can ride in to see the backwater area. The stay offers exclusive coastal waterfront and Malabar's (North Kerala's ) cusine and hospitality. Each of our bed rooms provide optimal views of the breath taking Malabar coast. The rooms are fully furnished and toilet attached for your comfortable stay. The small river that runs along the side of the house nourishes an ecological system consisting of a mangrove and birds. Swimming, boating, bird watching and walking on the country roads are the activities enjoyed by our guests.   We arrange local visits to the Theyyam performance, Kalari, Handloom Weaving Center, Beedi Production Center, St Angelo's Fort and other attaractions in and around Kannur.
