Banasura Hill Resort offers three types of eco rooms;
the Earth Rooms, Twin Villas, Private Suites and a Log Hut. All rooms
offer an array of amenities to make our guest's stay as relaxed and
comfortable as possible, such as, full and king sized beds, soothing
lighting and ceiling fans, large private tiled bathrooms with fresh
water and hot showers. Additionally, all rooms have coffee and tea
making facilities, and bottled mineral water. |
Earth Room: The rooms in the main building are called
Earth Rooms because of the rammed earth architecture used in their
construction. These rooms have an area of close to 400 square feet, and
have king-sized beds, large wooden wardrobes and luggage racks, cozy
rattan chairs and attached toilets equipped with fittings of
international quality. Large windows offer magnificent views of the
surrounding landscape.
Log Hut: The Log Hut stands directly above the natural pond which is
filled with water lilies and lotuses. With walls made out of dark,
coarse-grained polished wood, the interior has a soothing effect. The
Log Hut is opulently furnished with a king-sized bed, a divan cot,
coffee table, dressing table and a luxurious toilet. The open verandah
directly overlooks the pond. |

Suite: The secluded Deluxe Suites which are built
using rough hewn laterite stone offer spacious accommodation in the form
of suites, each equipped with a king-sized bed, reclining chairs, a
coffee table, a dressing table, large luggage rack, big mirrored
wardrobe and very spacious toilets. Each has a wide verandah that
overlooks the pond. |
| Twin villa: The Resort also has a number of Twin
Cottages, some made of rammed earth, and others made of laterite stone.
Each cottage has two bedrooms with attached baths. The rooms are well
furnished with king-sized beds, large wardrobes and luggage racks. The
Twin Villas also have verandahs that face the natural pond, with
comfortable cane chairs laid out for you to relax. |

Multi Cuisine Restaurant: The Multi Cuisine
Restaurant at the Resort offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding
landscape while serving an extensive choice of cuisines that will put
your taste buds into overdrive. The highlight however, is the
traditional Kerala cuisine with its delectable smothering of spices and
nuances of flavor that is bound to entice any connoisseur of good food. |
| Wellness Center: A major attraction at Banasura Hill
Resort is the Wellness Center that offers special body, face and head
massages using herbals oils followed by herbal steam baths. Apart from
being an excellent relaxation and rejuvenation programme, this also
helps to fight fatigue, stiffness and back pain, and also enhances the
skin tone. Banasura's relaxed, casual environment and scenic
settings provides the ideal backdrop for hosting corporate retreats and
meetings that can comfortably accommodate from 10 to 40 persons. The
Resort also has a cozy reading room where you can relax and browse
through newspapers and magazines. We have thoughtfully included a
collection of popular children's titles to keep the little ones happy. |

At Banasura Hill Resort we take special care of
children, providing them with the kind of food they like, and helping
them engage in the kind of games and activities they enjoy. We also have
a children's play area equipped with swings, seesaws, slides and
merry-go-rounds. Close to the children's play area, there is a campfire
ring with adequate seating arrangements, where you can relax with
friends singing songs and making merry. |
